Cocktails Not to Miss Out on at London Cocktail Week
Fentimans have launched a pop-up at seafood specialists, Wright Brothers Spitalfields to coincide with London Cocktail Week 2016.
The Market Terrace of the Wright Brothers restaurant has been transformed into ‘The Fentimans Apothecary’ with a market side entrance next to the hub of London Cocktail Week. The terrace is filled with natural botanicals such as those used to make Fentimans Botanically Brewed Beverages.
Throughout the week there will be a special cocktail menu with 6 cocktails including ‘Torino Tonic (Martini Ambrato, lemon, orange bitters and Fentimans Tonic) as well as the ‘Bittersweet Symphony’ in association with Bombay Sapphire. This bespoke cocktail is available for just £5 to customers with a London Cocktail Week wristband.

In addition to the menu of cocktails created by Wright Brothers, Bacardi and Fentimans, food will be available at all times including fruits de mer, tempura shrimps with sweet chilli and whole salt-baked sea bream with a mixed leaf salad.
Located within the original infrastructure of Old Spitalfields Market on Lamb Street, Wright Brothers Spitalfields serves up fresh sea to plate dishes in the market setting.
The Market Terraces are open to the public until 9th October with a 1 hour mixology class, a twist on Gin & Tonics, available to book on 5th October at 6pm for £20 per person (including food). Bombay Sapphire and Fentimans have created a class which will allow guests to reimagine the ritual and serve of a Gin & Tonic using carefully thought out combination of garnish and bitters.
